A XP Investimentos ajustou sua proje\u00e7\u00e3o para a taxa b\u00e1sica de juros, prevendo que a Selic<\/a> alcance 11,75% at\u00e9 o final deste ano. Segundo a plataforma de investimentos, o ciclo de aumento da taxa deve come\u00e7ar j\u00e1 no pr\u00f3ximo m\u00eas, com a expectativa de que a Selic<\/a> chegue a 12% em janeiro de 2025. Esse cen\u00e1rio foi divulgado em um relat\u00f3rio nesta segunda-feira (19).<\/span><\/p>\n

Anteriormente, a XP previa que a Selic<\/a> terminaria 2024 em 10,50%, o n\u00edvel atual. Para o final de 2025, a expectativa continua sendo de uma Selic<\/a> a 12%, mas a XP ressalta que pode ajustar essa proje\u00e7\u00e3o conforme novos dados surgirem.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"SELIC\"<\/p>\n

“O Copom deve iniciar um ciclo moderado de ajuste financeiro em setembro. Nossa proje\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 que a taxa Selic<\/a> atinja 12% ap\u00f3s uma eleva\u00e7\u00e3o de 0,25 ponto percentual, seguida por duas altas de 0,50 pp e uma \u00faltima de 0,25 pp em janeiro do pr\u00f3ximo ano”, aponta o relat\u00f3rio, assinado pelo economista-chefe da XP, Caio Megale, e sua equipe.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Com a perspectiva de nos afastarmos ainda mais do n\u00edvel neutro de juros, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel que o Copom veja espa\u00e7o para cortes no final de 2025 ou in\u00edcio de 2026. Vamos monitorar os dados antes de revisar este cen\u00e1rio. Por ora, mantemos a proje\u00e7\u00e3o de Selic<\/a> em 12,00% para o final de 2025.”<\/span><\/p>\n

\"SELIC\"<\/p>\n

A XP tamb\u00e9m revisou sua expectativa para o IPCA, indicador de refer\u00eancia para a meta de infla\u00e7\u00e3o, para 4,4% ao final deste ano, ante a previs\u00e3o anterior de 4,1%. A meta de infla\u00e7\u00e3o para o final de 2025 \u00e9 de 3%, com uma margem de toler\u00e2ncia de 1,5 ponto percentual para mais ou para menos. Para este per\u00edodo, a XP ajustou sua previs\u00e3o para o IPCA para 4%, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o aos 4,3% projetados anteriormente.<\/span><\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, a plataforma elevou a previs\u00e3o de crescimento do Produto Interno Bruto (PIB) deste ano para 2,7%, acima da proje\u00e7\u00e3o anterior de 2,2%. Para 2025, a estimativa foi reduzida para 1,6%, ante 1,7% previsto anteriormente.<\/span><\/p>\n

A proje\u00e7\u00e3o da XP para o c\u00e2mbio foi mantida em 5,40 reais tanto para o final deste ano quanto para o encerramento de 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n

O Comit\u00ea de Pol\u00edtica Monet\u00e1ria (Copom) est\u00e1 agendado para se reunir nos dias 17 e 18 de setembro.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c0 medida que o cen\u00e1rio econ\u00f4mico global continua a evoluir, a proje\u00e7\u00e3o da XP para a Selic<\/a> reflete uma resposta cautelosa \u00e0s press\u00f5es inflacion\u00e1rias e ao ambiente econ\u00f4mico dom\u00e9stico. Com o poss\u00edvel in\u00edcio de um ciclo de aperto monet\u00e1rio em breve, os pr\u00f3ximos anos poder\u00e3o testemunhar uma busca por equil\u00edbrio entre crescimento econ\u00f4mico e controle da infla\u00e7\u00e3o. Caso a infla\u00e7\u00e3o seja contida e a atividade econ\u00f4mica mostre sinais de robustez, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel que a taxa Selic<\/a> comece a ser reduzida no final de 2025 ou in\u00edcio de 2026, sinalizando uma transi\u00e7\u00e3o para uma pol\u00edtica monet\u00e1ria mais acomodativa.<\/span><\/p>\n
